Bihar BSEB D.El.Ed 2025: Know the last date, application process, eligibility
The deadline for registration is 22 January 2025. The D El Ed programme prepares candidates to teach primary school students from classes 1 to 8.
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has commenced the registration process for the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) entrance examination for the 2025 session. Interested candidates can submit their applications through the official website, from 11 January 2025.
The deadline for registration is 22 January 2025. The D El Ed programme prepares candidates to teach primary school students from classes 1 to 8.
Eligibility Criteria for D.El.Ed
Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% in the intermediate examination.
Students appearing for the Bihar Board class 12 exams in 2025 are also eligible to apply.
Age limit: Candidates who are applying for Bihar DElEd should be above 17 years of age as of January 1, 2025.
BSEB DElEd Exam Format
The BSEB D.El.Ed 2025 exam is a computer-based test consisting of 120 questions carrying a total of 120 marks. Each question will carry one mark. The duration of the exam will be 150 minutes or 2 hours and 30 minutes. The question paper will have questions from the following subjects:
General Hindi/Urdu
Mathematics
Science
Social Studies
General English
Logical and Analytical Reasoning

Examination details
Exam Date: The D.El.Ed entrance examination is scheduled for 27 February 2025.
Admit cards will be available for download from 17 February 2025 onwards. Candidates can access their admit cards by logging into their accounts on the official website.
